Is there a sci fi or fantasy rpg that is free and doesn’t require downloads that I can play?

Runescape, but you MIGHT need to install some form of Java to run it if your computer doesn’t have it already.

browser based ones?… well dead frontier is a flash,browser based rpg, but it is a zombie survival game I was hooked on it for a while. It is probably my fav browser based game

Without downloads, check out zelderex.com, that isn’t bad.
I played one called prison struggle, (prisonstruggle.com) that one was decent as well. To get popular ones go into google and search Free RPG, over 90% will be browser based and you should see the same few over many sites, those are going to be the popular ones.
