Can anyone tell me how to download the browser back on to my Sprint Blackberry Tour ?

I backed up my Tour info to my BB desktop manager and when I tried to restore it on my new Tour, the browser in missing! Help
no worries, this can be fixed! all you have to do is go to:
http://sprint.blackberry.com/
^ log in and resend your service books!
