Safari does not work because it is for 10.5 or later, I NEED 10.1.5! It’s old, I know, but someone has to know what to use!

I agree. Firefox is the best. It doesn’t get as many viruses, it works on almost every website, and if your session ends unexpectedly it usually resumes it with the websites you already had opened. For example, I just had a power outage and when I turned on my computer again, Firefox resumed to my old session.
