So I just wanted to know if by having two web browsers will that cause problems to my computer? I have Windows Vista.

Both browsers are quite safe, and you’ll be fine. As long as you have a firewall or anti-virus device, provided you stay away from Internet Explorer, I doubt you’ll encounter any issues.

However, every other browser I download (such as Firefox and Google Chrome) requires me to reinstall it, and I can’t do that either. Is there some setting that I may be missing to allow those to be used by other browsers?

If you are not "allowed" are you being prompted for a password? If so, you need admin privileges and will need to supply the password or change your user type to Admin.

During loading, I get the pinwheel of death and I have to force quit the browsers. I think it might be a flash problem. Anyway, if you know how to fix this, please help. And I am really dumb, so instructions will be appreciated.

Dunno about Macs, but on a PC it’s usually IE8 needing to be reset to Defaults in, Options, Advanced.

it’s efficiency with the processor and with ram, not with the connection speed

i just downloaded google chrome and it is seriously the fastest web browser i’ve seen (it’s going very very efficient on the processor and on the ram)

you have to do it in clean HTLM and a resolution no higher then 800×600
