How can i make my wesbsite:
http://www.psphowtos.co.nr
viewable by all interenet browsers and screen resolutions. On every computer and different browser i use, it looks very different and the content is rearranged and sometimes even overlapping! Thanks!

you have to do it in clean HTLM and a resolution no higher then 800×600
