Where can I get free download of Picture Motion Browser?

Posted on October 25th, 2009 by admin

The sony website has a downloadable fix, but you have to have the original picture motion browser. They also sell the download for $62.00. I need the download for my camera and don’t have the cd. Thanks.

Contact Sony and give them the model and serial number of your camera and they should send you a replacement CD. It will help if you have already registered the camera with them.

If you bought the camera used tell them that, they understand that there is a secondary market for their products.

Be nice and be complimentary, they like to keep happy customers happy.

Is an Internet browser a part of the operating system of a computer, or application software? (This question?

Posted on October 25th, 2009 by admin

Is an Internet browser a part of the operating system of a computer, or application software? (This question was central to a major antitrust case between the United States and Microsoft about ten years ago.) Discuss reasons why the browser would be considered a part of the operating system, or application software.

It is application software.
Simply, operating system (example Windows) can work without application software (Internet browser), but application software cannot work without operating system. So it’s application software.

Is there any way to download free through mobile browsers?

Posted on October 25th, 2009 by admin

I know of 3 mobile browsers, but I can’t guarantee they’ll work, as I don’t know the make or model of the phone. The browsers are operamini, teashark and yahoo go, but I can’t remember the specific website addresses, as I’m not at a computer at the moment. I’m writing this message on my mobile phone, using the operamini browser. Hope this helps.

Why the browser keeps asking for internet connection although I’m already connected to the wifi?

Posted on October 25th, 2009 by admin

I am using Firefox 3.06 and my OS is vista home premium. the main problem is when I’m browsing the internet is that whenever the browser asks for internet connection (although I’m already connected to wifi) all my pages which are still loading halt, or rather stop, until I cancel the question asked by the browser.

You may possibly have a virus on your machine that’s trying to dial an internet connection. Make sure your anti-virus is up-to date and run a full virus scan.

Also go into Control Panel > Internet Options and go to the Connections tab then select "Never dial a connection" if it’s not selected already.
